Each site has a settings panel. Open it by clicking the cog icon on its card in the Sites list, or by clicking Edit site from inside the site. The panel has three tabs: General, Climate Profiles, and Location.
General tab
The General tab manages the core details of the site.
Cover image : choose a random cover image or upload your own. This appears on the site card in the Sites list.
Building Name : the name of the site as it appears across the platform.
Description : an optional text description to help identify the site.
Sorting ID : a number that controls where this site appears in the Sites list. Lower numbers appear first. Use this to keep your most important sites at the top.
Rooms and sensors in the building : a list of rooms (areas) currently set up within this site. You can view existing rooms and add new sensors directly using the Add new sensors to building dropdown.
Delete building : permanently removes the site and all its data. This cannot be undone.
Click Save changes to apply updates.
Climate Profiles tab
This tab shows all climate profiles currently applied to the site. If none have been added, it displays "No Climate profiles added to this sensor."
Click + Add Climate profile to attach a profile. This applies the profile's thresholds to the sensors in this site.
See What is a climate profile for more on how profiles work.
Location tab
This tab shows the site's physical address and its position on a map.
- Click the pencil icon next to the address to edit it
- Click the bin icon to remove the address
The map updates automatically when you save an address.
Click Save changes to confirm, or Cancel to discard.
Adding a precise address is useful if you have multiple sites across different locations, as it helps identify them quickly across the platform.
