PDF reports include an AI-generated summary of your climate data. The summary is created automatically when the report is generated and gives a plain-language overview of how your sensors performed against their thresholds.
What the summary covers
The summary is structured around the most important findings from your data. It typically includes:
- Overall averages vs. desired ranges : how average temperature and humidity compared to the targets set in your climate profiles
- Out-of-range deviations : a breakdown by sensor and area of where and when readings exceeded or fell below thresholds, including the percentage of time spent out of range
- Fluctuations : any significant fluctuation events that exceeded attention thresholds
- Conservation risks : a plain-language assessment of what the data means for your collection, based on the patterns observed
Editing the summary
The summary is editable. You may want to adjust wording, add context, or correct anything that does not accurately reflect your situation.
To edit:
- Open the report by clicking Edit or View from the Reports list.
- The report preview appears on the left. The editable summary text appears on the right under Edit the AI generated summary.
- Make your changes directly in the text field.
- Click Save to apply, or Cancel to discard.
The updated summary is reflected in the report preview immediately.
The summary is generated fresh each time a report is created. If you regenerate a report, you will need to re-apply any edits.
The AI summary is only available on PDF reports. Excel and CSV exports do not include one.
