The Reports tab holds all the reports generated for your organisation. Each report covers a defined date range and summarises climate data across your sensors.
The tab has three sections:
- Reports : your list of generated reports, shown by default
- Templates : reusable report configurations you have saved
- Recurring report plans : automated schedules that generate reports at regular intervals
The reports list
Each entry shows the report name and type, who created it and when, and the date range it covers. Action buttons appear on the right of each row.
Depending on the report type, you may see some or all of the following:
- Edit : open the report to make changes, including editing the AI-generated summary
- Download : export the report as a file (PDF, Excel, or CSV depending on how it was created)
- View : open a preview
- Delete : permanently remove the report
Deleting a report is permanent. Download it first if you think you may need it again.
Filtering and sorting
Use the Filter button to narrow the list by:
- Type : filter by report type
- Start Date and End Date : filter by the date range the report covers
Use the Sort button to change the display order. You can also search for a report by name using the search bar.
