What does All Units show

Updated

The All Units button in the top right of Custodian gives you a complete overview of every sensor registered to your account, across all sites and areas.

Use this page when you need to find a specific sensor, check the health of your entire sensor network, or make bulk changes without navigating through individual sites.

What you can see for each sensor

The All Units page shows detailed status information for every unit:

  • Last measurement : when the sensor last sent a reading
  • Last contact : when the sensor last communicated with the platform, even if no measurement was taken
  • Measurement frequency : how often the sensor is transmitting data
  • Data quality : an indicator of whether the sensor is performing reliably
  • Battery life : remaining battery level and estimated time to replacement
  • Climate profile : which climate profile the sensor is connected to, if any
  • Notification status : whether notification rules are active for this sensor

Searching, filtering, and editing

Use the search bar to find a sensor by name. Use the filter options to narrow the list by site, area, connection status, or other criteria.

You can edit project or sensor settings directly from this page without needing to navigate to the individual site first. Click on any sensor to access its settings.

This page is particularly useful for maintenance tasks: identifying sensors with low battery, spotting units that have stopped transmitting, or checking that all sensors are connected to the correct climate profile.
