Understanding the monitoring indicators

Updated

Each site card on your Dashboard shows a live summary of sensor performance. The coloured indicators tell you the status of temperature, humidity, and connectivity across the site at a glance.

What the colours mean

Each metric displays three numbers, one for each status level.

Green means the sensor is within the expected range.

Yellow means the sensor is approaching the edge of its acceptable range. Worth monitoring, but no immediate action is needed.

Red means the sensor has gone outside the acceptable range and needs attention.

The number next to each colour shows how many sensors are in that state. For example, if you see 4 next to a red triangle for Temperature, four sensors are reading outside the expected range.

You set the acceptable ranges when you configure your climate profiles. See the Climate Profiles section to learn how to set or adjust thresholds.

Connectivity indicators

The connectivity row works the same way, but tracks whether sensors are successfully sending data rather than measuring climate conditions. A red indicator means one or more sensors have lost their connection and are not transmitting.

If you see red connectivity indicators, check that your Cloud Connector is plugged in and that the sensor is within range.
